Suites range from 100 to 210 square feet. Availability varies by location and by what has recently opened up, so the best way to see your options is to come in for a tour.
Service animals are always welcome. We love furry friends, but aside from service animals, the only pets allowed in the building are those visiting the dog groomer inside our facility.
Yes to both. Free parking is available at both Mesa locations for you and for your clients, at no additional cost.
Our leases start at a minimum of one year. A full-year term gives you the stability to build your business in one place and gives your clients a consistent address to come back to.
All utilities are included: water, power, and Wi-Fi. Your monthly rate covers your suite and the shared amenities throughout the building.
No. There are no hidden fees, no commission splits, and no percentage taken from your service or retail income. What you earn is yours.
Start by coming down for a tour. We will meet, answer any questions you have, show you the space, and decide together whether we are a good fit for you. Schedule a tour whenever you are ready.
You are welcome to reach out at any time to schedule a tour. Suites open up as tenants move, so we cannot always guarantee availability in advance. Getting on our radar early is the best way to hear about an opening.
It is simple. Once the contract is signed and we have agreed on a move-in date, you move in, get your keys, and start turning the suite into your own space.
Yes. Common areas and shared facilities are maintained on an almost daily basis, with a deeper cleaning every week. You are responsible only for the inside of your own suite.
Yes. Wi-Fi is included for all tenants, and there is a separate guest network for your clients to use while they are with you.
Yes. On-site laundry is available to tenants free of charge, so you can keep towels and capes turning over without leaving the building.
